Social Bookmarking

Page history last edited by John Pearce 8 years, 10 months ago

One of the big problems we have when we move from computer to computer is accessing our Bookmarks/Favorites. This is where social bookmarking comes in. Diigo or delicious are two of the most popular social boomarking sites and each offer similar but slightly different options and capability.

Relatively speaking delicious is easier to start out with however Diggo offers the capability to annotate over and highlight aspects of the pages being linked to. In addition Diigo users can create groups to share bookmarks within. Diigo users can also automatically add new bookmarks to a delicious account and/or blog. Click here for a table comparing Diigo and delicious. Diigo also has the capability to create Webslides.
